  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • ½ cup 113g unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup 60ml vegetable oil
  • ½ cup 120ml milk
  • ½ cup 120g plain curd (yogurt)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds for topping, optional

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour.
