10 Minute Pour Over Iced Coffee Recipe

10 Minute Pour Over Iced Coffee Recipe

I wanted to share this one with you because it has become such an easy way to make a refreshing iced coffee at home. There’s something satisfying about watching the hot coffee drip straight over a glass full of ice and turn into a chilled drink right away. No waiting around for a full pot of coffee to cool down.

This method gives you a bright, fresh cup with plenty of control over the strength and flavor. With just coffee beans, hot water, ice, and a V60, you can have a chilled coffee ready in about 10 minutes.

This pour over iced coffee is made by brewing freshly ground coffee directly over ice for a quick, refreshing drink. The V60 brings out the clean flavor of the beans, while the ice chills the coffee as it drips, making it ready to serve right away.

Notes

Barista Tip: If the coffee tastes sour or weak, grind a little finer. If it tastes bitter or dries the mouth, grind a little coarser.
Equipment Tip: This recipe works well with Hario equipment, but any compatible V60 dripper and V60-style paper filters from reputable brands can produce similar results.

10 Minute Pour Over Coffee Recipe | Perfect Coffee at Home ☕

This is the kind of coffee recipe I like having on hand when I want something cold without making the process complicated. The coffee brews directly onto the ice, so there’s no need to wait for it to cool before enjoying it. Once you get comfortable with the pouring speed and grind, you can easily adjust the cup to suit your taste.
