I had some fresh strawberries sitting in the kitchen and wanted to turn them into something a little more special than the usual strawberry bake. The idea of making a quick strawberry jam for the muffins came together perfectly, and once I added the buttery streusel on top, I knew I had to share this recipe with you all.
These Strawberry Muffins have juicy strawberry pieces throughout, little swirls of homemade strawberry jam, and a crumbly streusel topping that gives every muffin a nice finish. They’re simple enough for a weekend bake and lovely with breakfast or an afternoon cup of tea.
