Bread pudding is a simple, old-fashioned dessert made with everyday ingredients. Soft bread cubes and raisins are soaked in a sweet mixture of milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon, then baked until golden and set.
The finished pudding has a soft center, lightly golden edges, and warm cinnamon flavor throughout. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it makes an easy dessert that is especially good while still warm.
