Add the softened butter to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth and creamy.
Add the condensed milk and mix well until combined.
Add the brown sugar and continue whisking until the mixture is smooth.
Mix the instant coffee with the milk, then add it to the bowl and whisk until fully combined.
Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gently mix the dry and wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix.
Fold the dark chocolate chunks into the batter.
Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for a few minutes. Transfer it to a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
Slice the cooled coffee chocolate loaf and serve.
