I had a cinnamon roll craving the other day, but I wanted something I could mix, bake, and enjoy without making a whole batch of yeasted dough. So I turned those same cinnamon roll flavors into muffins, and they came out so good.
These Cinnamon Roll Muffins have a soft, buttery center with a brown sugar cinnamon swirl, a crumbly topping, and a simple vanilla glaze. If you enjoy easy bakery-style bakes, you may also want to try my Biscoff Muffins or Blueberry Cheesecake Muffins.
