These cookies started with one simple idea: make something that looks a little wild and still tastes really good. I went with blue cookie dough, white and black chocolate chips, and a chocolate sandwich cookie hidden right in the center.
Once baked, the cookies have soft centers with lightly crisp edges, and the sandwich cookie in the middle makes them extra fun to break into. The white chocolate glaze and crushed cookies on top add even more chocolate flavor.
I wanted to share these with you all because they are such a fun change from regular cookies. If you enjoy playful cookie recipes, M&M Cookies and Red Velvet Oreo Cookies are two more to try.
