Sometimes the hardest part of baking cookies is waiting for them to come out of the oven. That’s exactly why I keep this No Bake Cookie Dough recipe on hand. It comes together in minutes, tastes just like classic chocolate chip cookie dough, and is ready to enjoy as soon as it’s mixed.
Every spoonful is smooth, buttery, and filled with mini chocolate chips, while the heat-treated flour makes it safe to eat. Add a handful of extra chocolate chips or crunchy pretzels on top for a fun finishing touch.
